The hotel had great transportation links, with a bus stop nearby that went to all the tourist spots and it was also near the train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff was warm and thoughtful. Cleanliness was an obvious priority with comfortable and clean guest rooms.
Not one thing.

Convenient location, easily accessible and not too far from the city center. Clean and comfortable room, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom.- Friendly staff who were able to communicate in English and provided helpful information.- The hotel provided entry cards for secure access to the building and rooms.- Powerful amenities like a hairdryer and HD TV.- Enjoyed the shower with music and light features.- Powerful AC to keep the room cool.
Limited breakfast options, had to pay extra for a simple toast with butter at a nearby café. Some difficulty in finding the hotel entrance initially, as it was inside a large building.

Location was great, easy walking distance to the old town and other sights. There was also plenty of free parking in the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us to nearby cafes and restaurants.
The rooms were small and basic, lacking in amenities. The breakfast offered was minimal and not worth paying extra for.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The staff, especially Lee, were great - they answered all of our questions and were very friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and proper, and it was a good place to stay if you are coming by car, as there is available and free parking. The location was also very convenient, right in the center and close to the Neapolis Archeological Park and Ortigia Island. The rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, and had all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
Everything was ok.

The hotel was located near the ancient Greek theater and close to a bus stop that takes you to all the tourist spots. the room was spacious with a clean bathroom and good service. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of facilities, like a playground and free parking area close by.
The view from the room was disappointing as it looked out onto a flat roof with hotel washing lines.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of a charming town in Sicily. The location was ideal, with easy access to the historic downtown and archaeological park. The hotel staff, especially Lee, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the availability of free parking for our car. Additionally, the hotel provided complete facilities and the air conditioning kept us cool during our visit. We were also pleased to find that breakfast was served in a nearby coffee shop, allowing us to start our day with a delicious meal.
Everything was just fine, a minor improvement on breakfast would be appreciated.

Secondly, the staff was amazing, always friendly and ready to help. They went above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. I found this hotel to be great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.
